Everyone has their favorite workout. Some of us hate working out so much, that our one specific workout can be the only way we will get off the couch. Here is why you HAVE TO change up your workout…
If you're too consistent, you will stop seeing results.
Your body can get used to your workout. You will stop pushing yourself out of pure habit. And something you once love will become just average. You will become extremely unmotivated if you don't switch it up.
You need to be able to go outside of your comfort zone.
If you fall too deep into your routine, you will get used to your average results. Other workouts could help you improve at a drastically faster rate than your favorite, but you will never know if you never try.
Its really easy to find a different workout once you get searching. Maybe run an new route, or play some new music to get yourself back in the swing of things.
