I did it!!! Today was the first day I was able to finish a full gallon. It was rough, but I took sips of water constantly throughout the day which got the job done. I also realized that straight up water isn't the only thing that can help me reach my goals- fruit can too!
Watermelon is made up of 92% water (hence the name) and all other fruits have high water content too. I found this chart on Pinterest which kind of looks like it belongs on Sesame Street:
A new goal of mine is to eat more fruit. I can't measure the ounce-age, but it can still help me get to my goal!
