I Drank a Gallon of Water Every Day for a Week

We made it! I *attempted* to drink 128 ounces of water every day this week to see what it would do. After reading reviews online of other people who tried it, I assumed I would turn into a new person. That unfortunately did not happen. It might be because I was rare for me to reach the coveted "gallon" threshold everyday, but I did get very close.

I learned a lot of things about water intake throughout this week, which I documented in previous posts (here, here, here, and here).

In these previous posts I discuss the experience, but I never went in depth of how the extra water made me feel. Besides going to the bathroom all the time, there were changes throughout my day I took note of. I had a lot more energy, which came in handy especially when I usually got tired at the end of the day. I also wasn't as hungry and it didn't take as much food to fill me up.

In the future, I definitely don't think I'll strive for a gallon a day, but I do want to drink more water. I have noticed the short term benefits and I am sure I will only continue to see more in the future.
